1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Creative Flair LLC website ("Website"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this Website.

2. Custom Orders

Order Process: All custom orders require approval of design and pricing before production begins. Once approved and payment is received, orders typically take 7-14 business days to complete.

Design Approval: You are responsible for reviewing and approving all design mockups before production. Creative Flair LLC is not responsible for errors in approved designs.

Changes and Cancellations: Design changes are possible before production begins. Once production has started, changes may incur additional fees or delays. Cancellations after production has begun may result in partial or full charges.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required before production begins. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

Deposits: For large or complex orders, a 50% deposit may be required before production begins, with the balance due before shipping.

4. Returns and Refunds

Custom Items: Because all items are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in our workmanship or an error on our part.

Defective Items: If you receive a defective item or we made an error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will remake the item at no charge or provide a full refund.

Standard Products: Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition for a refund minus shipping costs.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping times vary by location and carrier. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Damage: We carefully package all orders. If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Designs: You retain ownership of any original artwork or designs you provide. By submitting designs, you grant Creative Flair LLC permission to use them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Licensed Designs: You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material in your custom order. Creative Flair LLC is not responsible for copyright infringement by customers.

Our Designs: All original designs created by Creative Flair LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Creative Flair LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Marketing Communications

By providing your email address or phone number and opting in to marketing communications, you consent to receive promotional emails and text messages from Creative Flair LLC. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in emails or replying STOP to text messages.

9. Changes to Terms
